Preferences
- QuickMaker Menu:
Ctrl+Shift+Aopens the QuickMaker tools. The hotkey is customizable. - Size: Adjusts the font size of in-app messages.
Tools
- Prompt: Type the description for your generation.
- Generate 2D: Generates a 2D image from the given prompt. If Use QuickMaker Memory is disabled, it will generate based off your selected asset. If it is enabled, make sure you have a screenshot in QuickMaker memory to generate from.
- Generate 3D: Generates a 3D model from the given prompt and selected asset.
- Generate Combined: Generates a 2D image and immediately follows up by generating a 3D asset without showing the 2D image to the user.
- Screenshot: Draw a region to capture the viewport. The capture is stored on disk or in QuickMaker memory depending on the Use QuickMaker Memory setting.
- Use QuickMaker Memory: If enabled Screenshot will save the image into the QuickMaker memory, so your scene is not cluttered up by screenshots and you can choose to generate from the QuickMaker memory. If it's disabled Screenshot will import the image into your scene so you can make further edits to it or generate from it.
- Paste Image: Paste directly from the system clipboard. Handy for external screenshots or sketches you want to iterate from.
- Import Images: Load an image from disk as a starting point.
- Draw: Creates a Grease Pencil object and switches to drawing mode for quick guide sketches.
- Make Alpha: Converts an image plane into an alpha card with a ramp for fine-tuned control. Works best with prompts that use clean black or white backgrounds.

Tips
- Use detailed prompts for the best results.
- If you hit rate limits let us know so we can adjust them.
- If you want to use references for your 2D image generation keep in mind that QuickMaker will upload as many images as you select. Make sure the LAST image you select is the one you want to use as your main image, so everything else will become available as a reference.
- Please wait until the Screenshot tool has fully launched before dragging to take a screenshot, in some cases it can take a moment to begin. If for any reason you change your mind and want to exit the screenshot tool, give it 10 seconds for the timeout to complete.
